What
Pick any field your HR system exposes, give it a name your team recognizes, and optionally give its values friendlier labels. A live preview shows real values from a sample of employees, or your own record, before you save. Sync employees fills the values in straight away. Mapped fields then work across Kinfolk: in audience filters, runbook personalization tags, forms and letter templates. You can't delete a mapping while a saved filter or form still uses it, so nothing breaks by accident.
