Letter templates only show your own configured fields

Find the right field in seconds. When you need "Work Location" in a letter, it's right at the top, with no guessing which of 160 HRIS fields is the one Kinfolk actually pulls for you.

The template editor's Variable menu now opens with Mapped fields (your organization's field mappings), then your template's custom fields, then a short core list. You know exactly what's available to use in a generated letter.

Settings → Templates → open a template → a Text block → Variable.
