File generated letters straight onto the employee's HRIS profile
Impact
No more download-and-re-upload. A letter workflow can create the PDF and file it on the employee's record in your HRIS in one go, so the paperwork lands where your team expects to find it.
What
After a Generate Documents step, a workflow can now upload the finished letter onto the employee's profile in your HRIS. It's offered when your HRIS connection supports document uploads, including Rippling. Employees can file letters on their own profile, and admins can file them for anyone.
Where
Workflow Builder → after a Generate Documents step, add the tool call Upload document to HRIS profile.
