Act on runbook manager changes straight from the digest
Impact
When a manager changes partway through a runbook, the digest tells you, takes you straight to that runbook and shows what the previous manager already received, so you can send it again to the new one without guessing from memory.
What
The digest calls out manager changes, which takes you to the runbook directly. Previously sent comms now have a Resend button instead of Send now, and a warning symbol shows if the manager is different to who it was sent to previously. Open an event to see its Delivery log: every send, who received it and when.

The runbook issues digest → the link to the runbook, or Runbooks → open a runbook → click an event.

For People Ops admins who run onboarding, offboarding and other runbooks, and who opt in to the runbook issues digest.
