Give employees answers at the length that suits your company and desire for detail.
What
Pick Succinct, Balanced or Verbose once for your whole organization. Succinct gives the direct answer in a line or two. Balanced adds the key conditions and the next step. Verbose covers eligibility, edge cases, how to apply and who to ask. The facts and sources stay the same; only the length changes. A preview shows the same example answer at each length before you save, and the Playground follows your choice too. If an employee asks for more detail, or a shorter answer, Kin does that for that reply.
