Find a person: Bring someone into the workflow
Impact
Build workflows around the right person without workarounds: look up who asked, use their details anywhere, and send approvals to whoever should sign off.
What
The 'Find a person step' can now look up the person who started the workflow, their manager, a specific person or a person from an earlier step. Later steps can use that person's profile fields: built-in ones like Job title and Start date, plus every custom field you've mapped, such as Department or People Partner. An approval's Assign to has a new From the workflow option, so it can go to someone found earlier, for example the requester's Budget Holder.
