Stale Conversation Management: Kin now automatically identifies conversations that have gone quiet. Admins can configure inactivity thresholds, employees get nudge reminders to follow up, and conversations that remain unresolved past the deadline are auto-closed.

Runbooks

Collaborator Digest/Recurring reminders: Runbook collaborators now receive a daily Slack summary of outstanding actions/tasks, with all 'To do' items collated in one place. Superadmins can enable this for the org.

Refreshed Navigation: the Kinfolk sidebar has been tidied up, with cleaner labels, better grouping, and less clutter.

Disable Individual Knowledge Items in a Folder: you can now toggle individual items off within a folder, instead of removing them from the folder entirely.
