Read-only runbook access and a Training Center redesign

Runbooks

Runbook Read Access for Team Members: Users with the Member role can now view runbooks owned by their team in read-only mode, removing the workaround of granting full Admin permissions just for runbook visibility.

Workflow Agent: Reply in Slack Thread: Workflows can now send follow-up messages in the same Slack thread the user started from, rather than in a DM.

Platform

Training Center Redesign: the three-tab layout (To Review / Reviewed / Resolved) is replaced with a cleaner two-state view showing only flagged and unresolved conversations. “AI Resolved” is now “No action needed.”

Request Panel Actions: Flag and archive actions are now available directly in the request side panel.

Agent Workflow Builder: Step Editor in Side Panel: editing workflow steps now opens in a dedicated side panel with separate Inputs and Instructions tabs.

Runbook Reports: Export to CSV: Runbook analytics data can now be exported to CSV directly from the reports page.
