Jira integration goes live

Runbooks

• We now surface why an event has failed in the runbook digest, for example when a collaborator hasn't been assigned to a role, so you can easily rectify in the child runbook.
• You can now add people to a runbook from an email list, if the runbook assignee population isn't possible to create from current field combinations.

Integrations

Jira Integration now live, with entire categories able to be escalated to Jira. Deflected queries will still fall into Kin categories, but any escalated requests needing human support will pull to the configured Jira space in the selected status. The sync is bi-directional: comments in Jira 'to customer' pull to Slack, and Slack messages populate into the Jira thread.
