Folder and multi-file upload — you can now add multiple files and whole folders. Select Files or drag and drop multiple files, all uploaded in a single batch with progress feedback. Select Folder picks a folder (top level only); each folder becomes a group in Knowledge.

Service Desk

Check your team's PTO allowance — managers can now query Kin to check all PTO balances for their team members.
