Workflow Builder Drag-and-Drop Reordering: Steps, step groups, and Slack send-form fields in the workflow builder can now be reordered by dragging. Slack form fields also collapse by default with expand/collapse-all controls.

Auto-Assign Manager on Manual Runbook Assignment: when a runbook is assigned manually (including bulk assignment), Kin now automatically looks up the assignee's manager in the connected HRIS and adds them as a view-only collaborator.

Integrations

Connect an Additional HRIS Account: Organisations can now connect a secondary HRIS integration without replacing their primary connection. The first supported pairing is UKG Pro + UKG Pro Workforce Management.

Analytics

Resolution Rate KPI (replaces AI Resolution Rate): the Trends tab now shows a Resolution Rate metric alongside Deflection Rate, calculated over the deflected conversation set and covering significantly more conversations than the previous CSAT-dependent metric.
