Runbook analytics, with tidied-up numbers — “Events skipped” is gone from the KPI cards and charts, since a skipped event was never really an outcome, it just meant the send window lapsed before Kin got to it. Your “Automated events to date” total now reflects what actually went out and is failed / overdue / done.

Service Desk

Cleaner activity logs — Answer ratings now show in the activity history; empty “System updated” entries are hidden.

Big things coming next week

We are removing the 'this request will close in 30 mins' countdown. The purpose of this was to send a 'Did I answer your Question?' prompt, but the 👍👎 replaces the need for this, and gives earlier signals!
