Agents renamed to Workflows

Workflows

Workflows — what we previously referred to as “agents” (used to build processes and automations) are now called workflows. We're reserving the term Agent specifically for the AI assistant that responds to employee queries: Workflows are the processes you build and run, Agent is the AI that interacts with users and answers questions.

Slack Forms — added validation feedback when submitting forms. If required fields are missing, users now receive clear feedback directly within the same Slack thread.

Platform

Knowledge Base — improved search functionality, now including support for nested files within folders.
